Chaundra, originally from New York City, began her real estate journey in 2005 when she earned her real estate license. For the next nine years, she honed her expertise at Massey Knakal, one of the top commercial real estate sales firms in the city. In 2014, Chaundra took a bold leap of faith and relocated to Houston, Texas, where she has since flourished, establishing a thriving commercial real estate business. Her achievements led to her current role as the Commercial Managing Director for KW Commercial/Keller Williams Clear Lake. She also serves as KW Commercial's Regional Ambassador for South Texas. Among her notable accolades, Chaundra holds the title of Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. Her dedication and contributions to the real estate industry were also recognized when she was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal's 7th Annual Women in Real Estate Spotlight in November 2009. Chaundra brings an extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to the Houston area, and her meticulous commitment to detail ensures her clients receive excellent service.
